| Mark Winkler grew up in Virginia in a family with 7 kids. He studied history and psychology at Georgetown University before moving to California to begin a new career. He continues to stay very involved in the life of his family (including many siblings, nieces, nephews, and on). Mark has been a Broker Associate and Realtor since 1985. He has established an excellent reputation for honesty, knowledge and commitment to his clients. On account of the respect he maintains within the real estate community, other agents often pursue him for advice and tips, which he happily gives. Mark has also made a concerted effort to give back to the community. Some of his activities involve: Being the past chair for the YMCA and remaining active with the YMCA. He was the past president and co-founder of the local Breakfast Club. He has also been an active participant with the Point Loma Optimists. He plays violin for his church. (ABRO®). During the past eight years, he has helped countless Buyers find their
dream homes. As a Buyers Agent, he is committed to ensure the protection of his
clients' interests and needs. As a result of this commitment, Mark has employed

| Sue FitzGerald is a 21-year member of the San Diego Real Estate community. Having made several major moves in her own life, from England to Africa to the U.S., she is very empathetic to the moving experience.
